Return Policy

Return Policy for Fifty Four Boutique

All returns or exchanges must be made within the first 14 days of your delivery date. Anything outside of this time frame will not be eligible. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any cost incurred with shipping items back. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, these items must be shipped together, not separately. If you are returning items from separate orders, you must ship them separately. To start a return please click here:

How to start your return:

  1. Visit our return portal here and complete all of the requested information. 
  2. Please allow up to 2 business days for the return request to be approved.
  3. Await approval of the return request. (1-2 business days)
  4. Once approved, the shipping label will be sent to the email used at checkout.
  5. Print the shipping label received in the email.
  6. Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit. 
  7. Attached the printed shipping label to the outside of the package. * Shipping label must be fully visible with no other labels on the packaging, or the designated carrier will not accept the package. *
  8. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label.
  9. Once the returned item is received and accepted, you will be refunded to your original payment method used at checkout. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  10. Please allow up to 7 business days from the delivery date of the return, for the refund to process.
  11. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our online portal, will not be accepted. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

*Please note that each item is inspected prior to shipping.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from harsh smells and in their natural state.
  • No stains, tears, scratches, or blemishes
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. This includes but is not limited to- shoe boxes, garment bags, dust bags, instruction cards, care cards, and any spare pieces such as buttons or zippers.

Items NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Bras/bralettes
  • Underwear
  • Hosiery (tights, stockings, socks, pantyhose)
  • Hats, headwear, and head accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any item marked “FINAL SALE”

     

    MISSING ITEMS:

    If you are missing an item in your package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. You may do this using our contact page: Contact – Fifty Four Boutique or email: help@fiftyfourboutique.com. Please include what item is missing, and a picture of the packing slip included in the package.
