Shipping Policy for Fifty Four Boutique
1) Shipping options:
We currently offer domestic shipping in the U.S.
2) Processing times:
Most orders are processed within 7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. If we are experiencing processing delays, we will notify you of these changes. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you.
3) Cancellations:
After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
4) Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer, it must be sent back to Fifty Four Boutique. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. 5) Delayed orders:
In the case of extensive delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel the order for store credit only. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders please first reach contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6) Damaged Orders:
Fifty Four Boutique is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged or is stolen, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7) Shipping Restrictions:
We ship our orders using multiple carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. For any returns on that order, we are unable to refund the cost originally paid for shipping.
MISSING ITEMS:
If you are missing an item in your package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please include what item is missing, and a picture of the packing slip included in the package.
